Refund policy

At Frankly Naturals, we are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted natural personal care products. Because our products are health and personal care items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue cash refunds. However, we stand behind our products and offer fair resolutions through exchanges and store credit.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unopened and in their original, sealed packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To request an exchange, contact us at orders@franklynatural.com before sending anything back. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Store credit

If an exchange is not suitable, we may issue store credit at our discretion. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be applied toward any future purchase on our store.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no cost to you.

The following are not eligible for exchange or store credit:

  • Opened, used, or partially used products
  • Products returned without original packaging or missing seals
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
  • Gift cards
  • Items requested beyond the 30-day window

Why no cash refunds?

As a health and personal care brand, our products come into direct contact with the skin and body. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot verify its condition, storage, or handling. Accepting returns of opened personal care products would compromise the safety and integrity of our products for other customers and that is something we are not willing to do. We appreciate your understanding.
